I have personally tried a few of the bigger diet and weight loss companies like Nutrisystem and Weight Watchers and can tell you that I did see some success. However they are very strict in the preparation and logging. Basically it takes a lot of time and money (usually AT LEAST 0 a month) to be a part of these programs. I seriously just couldn’t afford it anymore and decided that if I could do it with them I could do it on my own and I HAVE! They all teach the same thing “portion control”. At first that may sound like you are going to have to cut out all the delicious things out of your diet but THIS COULD NOT BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH! I hate spending ridiculous money on someone spoon feeding me like a child. There is a simpler and MUCH MUCH cheaper way to do this and you won’t believe this, but it actually involves eating MORE food. I know it may sound ridiculous that eating more can make you lose more. I dare you, no I DOUBLE DARE YOU to do your own research and prove me wrong. Once you have, come back and check out this weight loss program for men (and women too!!) It is going to blow your mind.
